Do I need to open an account to order?

No account needed. We are a wholesaler that is also open to the public — anyone can order with us. Just call, message or email and we will sort your order.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum to buy from us in person or for collection. For delivery, we offer it from £150+ across the North East. Get in touch and we will confirm the details for your area.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Sunderland and the wider North East — including Newcastle, Gateshead, South & North Tyneside, County Durham, Teesside and Northumberland. If you are unsure whether we reach you, just ask.

Who do you cater to / supply?

Restaurants, takeaways, cafés, pubs, caterers, schools, care homes, convenience shops and supermarkets — as well as members of the public. If you need wholesale food, drinks, packaging or hygiene supplies, we can help.

How do I get pricing?

For up-to-date trade pricing, reach out via WhatsApp, phone or email. We will give you current prices and availability for the products you need.

How long have you been trading?

We are a family-run business and have been trading since 2013, supplying the food service and retail trade across the North East with dependable supply, honest pricing and friendly service.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. You can collect from our warehouse at Unit 13, Pottery Road, Inkerman Street Trading Estate, Sunderland SR5 2BT, or we can arrange delivery to your premises.
